Residence Hall Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sundays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
*We are closed weekdays from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
K9 Dormitories and Suites
Unlike most brick-and-mortar dog care facilities in town, your dog will get all the comforts of home as it relaxes and unwinds. Our professional staff provides one-on-one individualized attention, order, and structure for the dogs who need to be calm and reduce stress while the owners are away.
Daycare is avaliable upon request. Each dog’s daily schedule is a timely rotation with its assigned playgroup. Most dogs love to engage in active play, followed by long periods of rest and relaxation. Overstimulating/overcrowding a dog can result in aggression, non-compliance, and stress, so our guests enjoy "day play" and then go to their suites for treats and calming rest.

Our dorms & suites range in size from 4’x4’ to 5’x 10’ for multi- dog families or for very large dogs and the double suites are connected to provide even more space!

Know Before You Go
1) Drop-off and pick-up times may be prearranged.
2) On weekdays, the normal check-in time is after 2:30 p.m..
3) On weekdays, the standard check-out times are between 8:00 am - 1:30 p.m..
4) Overnight charges will apply for dogs not checked out by 6:00 p.m..
5) On weekends, the standard check-in/check-out times are between 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m..
6) Bring your dog's regular food, divided into daily amounts, labeled including names & daily feeding instructions.
7) All medicines must be in their original container, including the dog's name, dosage, and number of times per day.
8) Please inform us at check-in if your dog is allergic to certain treats/foods.
9) DO NOT BRING FOOD/WATER DISHES, BED/BLANKETS, or TOYS - WE SUPPLY THESE ITEMS!

Boarding School - (also known in the industry as In-Kennel training (IKT), Board and Train, or Doggie Boot Camp, etc.) - is another possible alternative to private, group, and in-home training if you do not have the initial time to devote to basic training. Our Boarding School Program is basically a "jump start" on basic obedience with private/personalized training regarding how you would like for your dog to behave and/or how not to behave.
