We have raised the standard of K-9 care by providing an unprecedented combination of services and professionalism in NE Indianapolis; unlike any other dog care facility, we offer a variety of innovative services and amenities including: stress free/homelike setting dog boarding, limited entry dog daycare, dog spa/grooming services, and several affordable puppy & dog training programs. Virtually everything you'd want to do with your dog is under one roof; our 17,000 square foot campus is one of the largest K-9 training centers in the Midwest with the area's only indoor 40' pool (and 40' foot dock)!

The Alpha K9 U Campus Wellness Policy

We have high standards at Alpha K9 U and we have implemented strict health & safety requirements for a very good reason – we are committed to keeping all pets safe and healthy! If we failed to require protection against contagious diseases and parasites, we could not promise your pet the safest environment possible. Accordingly, all pets visiting our campus must be current on the routine preventative health care for contagious diseases and to insure adequate protection, vaccinations and parasite testing procedures must be provided by a licensed veterinarian (hard-copy documentation required)*

Alpha K9 U requires Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), Bordetella vaccinations, and a negative fecal float. For your pet’s safety and well-being, please allow a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours after receiving vaccinations (such as Distemper and/or Rabies) prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: If your pet has never received the Bordetella vaccine, or if the vaccine has expired, and/or if the vaccine was given via intranasal (drops in the nose), the vaccine must be administered at least FOURTEEN (14) DAYS prior to arrival at Alpha K9 U (if the Bordetella vaccine is boostered a minimum of FIVE (5) DAYS is required prior to arrival). PUPPIES are required to have their second set of DHPP, Bordetella vaccinations, and are required to have their Rabies vaccination (by 16 weeks of age). In addition, a negative Fecal Float AND a negative Giardia Test is required for all puppies (up to ten (10) months of age) and/or for ALL DOGS utilizing our Aquatic Center. *We do not accept home vaccinations - We can accept titer tests in lieu of vaccinations if the titer test was administered by a licensed veterinarian in the past 90 days stating that your dog has sufficient immunity to these diseases.
