Residence Hall Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.*
Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sundays - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
*We are closed weekdays from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
K9 - Dormitories and Suites - Unlike most brick-and-mortar dog care facilities in town, your dog will get all the comforts of home as they relax and unwind. Our professional staff provides one-on-one individualized attention, order and structure the dogs need to be calm and reduce stress while the owner's are away.
Free Day Play is always included in the rates for those dogs that enjoy a good romp! Each dog’s daily schedule is a timely rotation, with its assigned play group. Most dogs love to engage in active play followed by long periods of rest and relaxation. Over stimulating/overcrowding a dog can result in aggression, non-compliance and stress so our guests enjoy "day play" and then go to their suites for treats and calming rest whenever they need it!

Our dorms/suites range in size from 4’x4’ to 5’x 10’ for multi- dog families or for very large dogs and the double suites are connected to provide even more space!
Please note: 1) Drop off and pick up times may be prearranged. 2) During the weekdays normal check-in time is after 2:30 p.m. and the normal check-out is before 1:30 p.m. (we are closed weekdays from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.. 3) If check in is before 1:30 p.m. an additional "early check in" fee of $15.00 applies. 4) If check-out is after 1:30 p.m. an additional "late pick up" fee of $15.00 will be applied unless the dog is here on that day for grooming, training/board & train. For each dog not picked up by 6:300 p.m. overnight charges will apply unless the dog is here for grooming, training/board & train.

Grooming - All grooming is by appointment only; consequently, if you are boarding your dog with us and you want your pampered pup to be groomed before pick-up, please schedule an appointment when you make your boarding reservation or at drop-off.
Boarding School - (also known in the industry as In-Kennel training (IKT), Board and Train, or Doggie Boot Camp, etc.) - is another possible alternative to private, group, and in-home training if you do not have the initial time to devote to basic training. Our Boarding School Program is basically a "jump start" on basic obedience with private/personalized training regarding how you would like for your dog to behave and/or how not to behave.
